The Government of Flanders (region of Belgium) is accepting
applications for the Master Mind Scholarship Program. This program offers
scholarships to students of any nationality who have completed their higher
education at a university outside the Flanders region and wish to pursue a
master's degree in Belgium. Applications are open until April 28.
The maximum amount of the scholarship is 9,600 euros per
academic year. From this amount, the higher education institution where the
student will receive a master's degree can request an initial tuition fee of
113.20 euros. In subsequent years, this annual fee may increase slightly,
according to the program. In total, the program hopes to offer around 30
grants.

scholarships in Spain for the academic year 2023/24. The program includes short

Fundación BotÃn offers a grant of £23,000 for the fine arts
in Spain
Fundación Botin offers scholarships for Plastic Arts
"intended for the preparation, research and implementation of personal
projects in the field of visual creativity" (therefore not valid for
theoretical work). Five of the six scholarships offered are for foreigners of
any nationality. Applications are open until May 5.
Scholarship winners will receive a contribution of 23,000
euros for 9 months, which can be extended by announcement next month. This
amount includes expenses related to travel, accommodation, living expenses and
studio rent, among other expenses that the artist may incur in the realization
of his project. Partners will also have health insurance.
The Master in Journalism and Audiovisual in Spain receives
30 full scholarships
The Journalism and Audiovisual Production Master of the
University of A Coruña (MPXA), organized in collaboration with the Amancio
Ortega and Santiago Rey Fernandez-Latorre Foundation, registration is open. You
can get a master's degree in Spain with a full scholarship and financial aid,
and applications are open until April 14.
There are 30 places in the course: 15 of them are
specialized in Audiovisual Executive Production and another 15 in Advanced

The Boustany Foundation offers MBA scholarships at Cambridge
and Harvard
The Swiss Boustany Foundation accepts applications for full
scholarships for students who wish to pursue an MBA at two of the world's top
universities: Harvard and Cambridge. For admission, you must be accepted by one
of the two institutions and apply for a scholarship.
Harvard's Boustany MBA Scholarship and Cambridge Scholarship
are offered every two years for the two institutions' MBA programs.

The Fulbright Commission is accepting applications for
full-time doctoral scholarships in the United States. Up to 20 fellowships will
be offered to researchers in any field pursuing a PhD in the United States, and
applications will be open until April 30, 2023.
Awarded students pay their administrative and academic fees
directly to the host university. In addition, they will receive an additional
50% of this amount to cover salary (varies by campus) and dependent expenses
(spouse or children).
Scholarship in France
Applications are now open for partial PhD scholarships in
France
The French Embassy in Brazil is accepting applications for
joint PhD programs for Brazilians. Approved projects will receive a
co-financing grant for 12 months (continuously or divided into two 6-month
periods). The cost of a doctoral scholarship in France is 838 euros per month,
but this amount must be supplemented by at least 750 euros per month from a
Brazilian or French institution, public or private.
This scholarship is intended for Brazilian PhD students who
have registered on September 20, 2021 or are planning to register for a joint
PhD in 2023. The deadline for registration is September 21, 2023.
Masters Scholarships in France and
Open Programs
Brazilian Master students can apply for a partial
scholarship for the second year of study in France. Offered by the Embassy of
Brazil in France, this scholarship will last for 10 months from September 1,
2023 to June 30, 2024 for students admitted to French universities in the

Rotary International is accepting applications for the
Rotary for Peace Student Development Program. For the 2024-25 edition,
